Terry has been an attorney practicing in central Indiana since 1996. He has been a Deputy/Chief Deputy Prosecuting Attorney for 8 years, a Magistrate for 8 years, and has 13 years of experience in his own law practice, where he has focused primarily on criminal defense.

Terry’s experience is unique: there are 3 tables that an attorney can sit at on a criminal case - the Prosecutor, the Defense Attorney, or the Judge. Terry has at least 8 years of experience sitting at each of the three, which gives him the ability to assess a case from every angle.
